We at The Guardian believe in the commitment to
environmental service. Many volunteers lack the funding for
opportunities most of us take for granted. We feel it is
better to assist this process by providing funds, which enable
enthusiastic volunteers to participate in service trips and
projects. After all, our goal is to serve and protect the
planet, and this isn't being done when potential volunteers
cite lack of finances as the reason they don't contribute.
Also, a sense of community is paramount to our endeavours.
Our country is more fortunate than others in its ability and
resources to improve the status quo, but many of our
communities lack the resources to inspire self-help.
Oftentimes, participating in an environmental service trip
plants this seed. We need your support to save the last
remaining natural places! Help us link volunteers with service
trips and research assistance projects around the world by
donating a gift of $30.00 to The Guardian.
